Space is limited, so reserve your spot soon!

Please join me for a special class on Saturday April 20th. My culinary mentor, Linda has graciously offered to teach her fabulous knife skills class for my students at no charge. I believe knife skills are important to safety and efficiency in the kitchen, and will supply all food materials for the class as my gift to you!
All students must bring their own knives for this class as this will be a hands on class! We will learn and practice different cuts as we chop up the ingredients for minestrone soup and a salad bar.
